Located on Nisga'a Treaty Lands in the Golden Triangle of British Columbia, Ascot Resources is working to re-start the historic Premier Gold Mine. Their mission is to maximize the positive impact of the project for rightsholders and stakeholders — working with Nisga'a Nation, and the towns of Stewart, British Columbia and Hyder, Alaska, to operate a world-class mine.

Using the NetBenefit Platform, Ascot consolidated files and imported historical data, including commitment logs, engagement logs, contacts, and groups. The Ascot and NetBenefit teams worked together to refine and configure platform functions to ensure all necessary data was being captured.

· Everything is consolidated — find information by contact, issue, or timeframe is fast and easy.
· Reminders and progress reports ensure that commitments and follow-up tasks don't get missed.
· Self-service reporting tools allow quickly to export regulatory reports or build new reports.
· Guided onboarding that empowers and supports users every step of the way.
The platform's features — such as email logging, actions, and notifications — save time on administrative duties, provide helpful reports, and increase the capacity of the Ascot team.
